Role Purpose The Store Manager is responsible for leading and developing a happy, motivated, and high-performing store team while delivering outstanding customer service and achieving commercial objectives. The successful candidate will create a warm and inspiring shopping environment that reflects the company’s values and standards. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Management Lead, motivate, and inspire the store team through positive and supportive management. Create a happy, engaged, and customer-focused culture within the store. Lead by example with professionalism, kindness, and enthusiasm. Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development of team members. Attend and participate in management training sessions. Customer Experience Ensure outstanding customer service standards are consistently maintained. Create a welcoming and inspiring shopping experience for all customers. Promote strong product knowledge across the team without pressure selling. Commercial & Operational Performance Take responsibility for achieving financial targets and KPI performance. Ensure all rotas, administration, and store processes are completed accurately and on time. Maintain excellent visual merchandising and product presentation in line with company standards. Ensure effective stock management and operational efficiency. Store Standards & Compliance Maintain high housekeeping standards across the store and staff areas. Ensure all Health & Safety checks and compliance requirements are completed. Follow all company policies, procedures, and security measures as a keyholder. Ensure the smooth and efficient day-to-day running of the store. Person Specification Essential Skills & Experience Minimum of 2 years’ store management experience preferred. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Passion for retail, customer service, and lifestyle products. Strong organisational and administrative skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. Positive attitude with a proactive and flexible approach.
