Overview
An opportunity for experienced T&C professionals to join a growing supervision function, or any level 4 professionals to transition into the T&C world. This role is supporting advisers and ensuring high standards across the network.
You will do:
* Supervise and coach a panel of advisers to maintain competence and improve performance.
* Deliver structured 1:1s, file reviews, and development sessions.
* Identify training needs and collaborate with compliance and learning teams.
You will get:

* 3 days WFH
* The ability to make a tangible impact on adviser development and client outcomes.
You will bring:
* Proven T&C experience within a financial advice or network environment.
* Level 4 Diploma as a minimum.
* Strong communication and coaching skills, with a genuine interest in developing others.
* Will flex for a DipPFS/DipFA qualified individual looking to transition into T&C
