Duties
* Sort and categorise items according to specified criteria, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
* Maintain an organised workspace, ensuring that all sorted items are correctly labelled and stored.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely processing of items.
* Assist in inventory management by tracking sorted items and reporting any discrepancies.
* Provide excellent customer service by addressing any queries or concerns related to sorting processes.
* Perform administrative tasks as required, including data entry and record keeping.
* Utilise IT systems for tracking and managing sorting operations effectively.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a sorting or warehouse environment is advantageous but not essential.
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients.
* Proficient in administrative tasks, including data entry and basic IT skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy.
* A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and teamwork.
