This exciting clinical Band 7 role involves working collaboratively with LDA Outreach colleagues, community learning disability and autism teams, and colleagues from 'The Brook', our 10-bedded inpatient unit. The role focuses on providing intensive short-term interventions to support admission-vulnerable service users with learning disabilities and/or autism and co-morbid mental health conditions across Devon, aiming to prevent admission when clinically appropriate. Additionally, the team will work with partner agencies and The Brook to support service users post-discharge.

We seek an OT with a passion for working with this complex client group, possessing relevant or transferrable clinical knowledge, advanced clinical leadership skills, and the ability to prioritize and manage workload effectively. Knowledge of safeguarding, Mental Health Act, and Mental Capacity Act is desirable, along with strong interpersonal, communication, formulation, and risk assessment skills.

* Interviews are anticipated to be held in person in mid/late May.
* A relocation package is available; please see the attached document for details.
Main Duties
We welcome applications from registered Occupational Therapists who can demonstrate effective clinical leadership and practice to high evidence-based standards.
