We have partnered with a forward thinking digital company who are currently supporting major organisations across the infrastructure (construction) sector. Leveraging a combination of deep technical expertise and strategic insight, they deliver cutting-edge solutions that enable clients to optimise performance and embrace innovation. We are currently looking to recruit Power BI Developers with a strong understanding of Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate, to support the delivery of transformative business applications and data-driven insights. This role is offered on a hybrid basis, typically working three days on client sites and two days either from home or from your nearest regional office. Main job purpose: Designing and building both canvas and model-driven PowerApps tailored to specific business processes Integrating solutions with a range of data sources, including Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, and SQL Server Creating compelling Power BI reports and dashboards that translate data into insight and action Applying smart, intuitive UI/UX design principles to ensure an engaging user experience Troubleshooting and optimising existing Power Platform applications Collaborating with cross-functional teams – from analysts to stakeholders – to deliver robust and scalable solutions Supporting end-users through training and documentation, ensuring smooth adoption Contributing to the growth and refinement of internal Power Platform delivery methodologies Qualifications / Experience: Ideally degree qualified in a relevant field Proven experience as a Power BI Developer or in a similar low-code / no-code environment Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate Comfortable building both canvas and model-driven apps, with an understanding of the underlying logic, formulas, and functionality Familiar with data integration and connecting to a variety of sources via connectors and gateways Experience with Dataverse (or similar relational databases) to store and manage structured data A background in UI/UX design Previous consulting experience or exposure to client-facing roles is a plus Microsoft certifications (such as PL-100, PL-200, PL-300) are a nice bonus but not essential Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Benefits: Competitive salary Ongoing learning and development, with opportunities to gain professional certifications Supportive culture that encourages innovation and personal growth Access to a wide range of online training platforms and tools Corporate gym membership Flexible pension contributions Employee assistance and wellbeing programmes Season ticket loan Buy or sell additional holiday allowance Company-sponsored social events and team activities Cycle to work scheme Excellent package on offer within a collaborative and forward-thinking company
