Administrator / Data Input Assistant
Location: PL7
Pay rate: £13.26 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week (full-time)
Assignment: Temporary role for 3 months initially, with potential for extension depending on needs and requirements of the team.
On-site parking available.
Note: Due to the location of this assignment, your own transport will be required as the site is not accessible via public transport.

Key Responsibilities
- Inputting and maintaining accurate data across internal systems
- Managing and updating records in line with company procedures
- Carrying out general administrative duties to support the wider team
- Reviewing information thoroughly to identify errors, gaps, or inconsistencies
- Proactively highlighting potential risks or missing details to prevent future issues
- Handling sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality and care
- Supporting process improvements by suggesting efficiencies where appropriate
