Vacancy: Business Development Manager - Methanol Location: UK, Royston As the Business Development Manager, you will work within the Methanol Licensing Business Unit, this role explores and develops new business growth opportunities for sustainable methanol. Your responsibilities: Develop and implement the sustainable methanol strategy. Development of suitable external partner and customer relationships globally. Growing and delivering on a pipeline of sustainable methanol technology sales opportunities globally. Negotiation of often complex, licence, sales and collaboration agreements. Managing internal relationships and working with multidisciplinary teams (Commercial, Technology, Legal) across Catalyst Technologies. Requirements for the role: Engineering or scientific background and experience. A good understanding of Process Technology Licensing and/or Syngas Production Technology. Experience within the chemical or energy industries. An understanding of or experience in, complex, multi-stage, multi stakeholder business development or sales processes. Technical degree or equivalent, preferably in chemistry, materials science or engineering.
