We are recruiting for a Senior Administrator to join our team on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. This is a hybrid role, with a requirement to attend the Worthing office.

Equiniti Corporate Dealing (ECD) is a Middle Office department, managing complex and often high value transactions on behalf of;

1. Certificated/Bereavement introducing intermediaries

2. Bespoke Share Plan Dealing Corporate accounts

3. Corporate Employee Benefit Trusts and Corporate/Institutional clients

4. High Net Worth clients

Role Summary

You will support the successful operational planning and delivery of key tasks, using/developing specialist knowledge and liaising with key stakeholders. The role will cover a minimum of two ECD products, focusing specifically on Bereavement and Certificated trading and Share Plan Dealing. There may be a requirement to extend into other products on team.

Core duties and responsibilities:

5. Be an integral part of the team performing operational work processes and activities

6. Work autonomously, undertaking BAU work across multiple products.

7. Prepare/place market orders accurately in accordance with COBS/CASS regulations

8. Perform multiple daily verification and authorisation functions.

9. Oversee/conduct client holding validation with internal/external Registrars

10. Work in conjunction with the Manager to achieve department goals.

11. Represent ECD when communicating with Clients/Relationship Directors

12. Expected to take a broad perspective to problems and implement solutions.

Skills, Attributes and Behaviour:

13. Have in depth knowledge of your current discipline, gained through job-related training and considerable work experience.

14. Be able to work independently with minimal guidance within established procedures and practices.

15. Act as a lead, coordinating and facilitating the work of others where required.

16. Diligent and attentive to detail – essential for authorisation/validation processes

17. Excellent communication skills with all stakeholders

18. An intermediate knowledge level of Excel is desirable

19. Adopt a flexible approach to working hours when volumes dictate.
