We’re looking for a dynamic, commercially‑minded product leader to shape the future of quality and product development across Europe.
This is a head‑office leadership role where you will be responsible for setting direction, influencing stakeholders, and leading a diverse, high‑performing team, ensuring product quality and development to enable smarter, faster buying decisions at scale. Regular supplier travel is required to enable first‑hand evaluation of product quality and support informed, commercial decision‑making.

Essential Experience & Capability
* ✔ Proven experience leading product development, quality or technical teams in a fast‑paced retail, sourcing or brand environment
* ✔ Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and Buying leadership
* ✔ Strong commercial mindset — able to connect product decisions to margin, speed and value
* ✔ Experience setting direction and strategy, not just managing delivery
* ✔ Confident people leader with a track record of developing talent and future leaders
* ✔ Comfortable operating across ambiguity, scale and change
* ➕ Experience working across European markets or global product structures
* ➕ Exposure to sustainability strategy within product development
* ➕ Background spanning both technical and commercial product roles
