Key Responsibilities
* Create and develop concepts for wayfinding and branded signage systems.
* Design visual identity and environmental graphic elements for large-scale projects.
* Produce clear, accurate design files, drawings, and presentations.
* Collaborate with architects, designers, consultants, and clients.
* Prepare mock‑ups, visuals, and layout options to communicate ideas.
* Manage project workflows to ensure high‑quality delivery.
* Lead projects, mentor junior team members, and guide the design process (for senior designers).
* Present work confidently to clients and stakeholders, maintaining design excellence throughout.
Who You Are
* 3.5+ years' experience in wayfinding, signage, or environmental graphics (Senior: 5+ years).
* Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills and a polished portfolio.
* Confident working independently and collaboratively.
* Clear communicator with a sharp eye for detail.
* Organised, proactive, and passionate about design in the built environment.
* Ready to craft meaningful visual journeys and contribute to landmark design projects.
