Associate Director – Corporate Finance Analytics
Location: London, hybrid working model. Salary: up to £80k.
Overview
We are supporting a leading professional services firm as they grow their Corporate Finance Analytics capability within Deals. The role sits directly inside transaction teams, working on live M&A processes, financial due diligence and value creation work. Analytics here is used to sharpen deal decisions, accelerate diligence and bring clarity under pressure.
Responsibilities
* Deliver analytics‑led financial due diligence on live deals.
* Support M&A buy side, sell side and vendor assist work.
* Analyse financial statements and operational datasets under tight deadlines.
* Automate analysis using tools such as Alteryx, Power Query or similar.
* Present clear findings to senior stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor.
* Support proposals and business development activity.
Qualifications
* Corporate Finance or Transaction Services background with hands‑on experience across live transactions.
* Chartered accountant (ACA, ICAS/ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
* Experience with analytics tools (Alteryx, Power Query or equivalent) and ability to automate and due diligence analysis.
* Confident working directly with clients, investors and partners.
* Clear understanding of how analytics improves deal speed and confidence.
* London‑based with hybrid working capability.
