Corporate Finance Manager
£45k plus bonus and benefits
Our client is a growing Accountancy Practice with over 300 team members, with offices across the South West.
They are seeking a Corporate Finance Manager to join their team. Working closely with experienced professionals, you will have opportunities to assist, progress, and develop while working on various corporate finance transactions.
Main Duties
The main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Managing business sales, acquisitions, management buy-outs and buy-ins, mergers, and disposals.
2. Conducting company valuations using multiples analysis and other recognized methods.
3. Managing financial due diligence, including report writing and reviewing team members’ drafts.
4. Liaising with clients, in-house specialists, and other professionals to ensure smooth transaction processes.
5. Leading business development efforts, including attending networking events, pitching to new clients, and assisting with deal origination.
6. Overseeing project delivery alongside directors and partners.
