Hope Tech is an exciting start-up in the assistive technology space and pioneers of Sixth Sense, a next-generation mobility aid for visually impaired people. This role is urgently required to lead Hope Tech’s marketing activities globally and drive the rollout of Sixth Sense in the UK and Europe. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and executing marketing campaigns across digital channels and in-person events to drive awareness, credibility and demand.
Experience with assistive technology or adjacent accessibility-focused products is a strong advantage. People with lived experience of sight loss are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand & Campaign Execution
* Execute marketing campaigns across the UK and Europe to support product launch and early adoption
* Develop clear, compelling messaging and product narratives for Sixth Sense
* Ensure consistent brand positioning across all channels, materials, and touchpoints
* Manage the website, landing pages, lead funnels, and waitlist strategy
* Plan and deliver social media content to drive growth, engagement, and awareness
* Run email campaigns and maintain regular communication with prospective users, partners, and stakeholders
3. Communications, PR & Press
* Prepare press releases, media kits, and product announcement materials
* Support media outreach and engagement with journalists, accessibility reporters, and technology publications
* Assist the CEO and leadership team with messaging, talking points, and speaking materials
4. Partner & Reseller Marketing
* Support marketing activities for UK and European resellers and distribution partners
* Coordinate promotional assets, demo messaging, and training materials
* Collaborate with accessibility organisations, universities, and innovation centres
* Plan and deliver launch events, demo days, and community outreach activities
* Represent Hope Tech at trade shows and assistive technology exhibitions
* Coordinate stand design, presentation materials, logistics, and post-event follow-up
6. Community & Advocacy Engagement
* Build awareness and trust within blind and visually impaired communities
* Develop content featuring ambassadors, testers, and early adopters
* Strengthen relationships with disability-focused organisations and networks
* Track and report on marketing KPIs, campaign performance, and pipeline contribution
* Identify opportunities to improve reach, engagement, and cost efficiency
* Manage allocated marketing and event budgets

Skills & Experience
Required
* 3–5 years’ experience in marketing, communications, or campaign delivery
* Strong experience in content creation and campaign execution
* Experience managing briefs and coordinating production with designers, videographers, or agencies
* Hands‑on experience managing digital channels and lead‑generation tools
* Ability to plan and run events, demos, or exhibitions
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
* Experience in assistive technology, accessibility, healthtech, hardware, or adjacent sectors
* Content creation skills like photography, videography, editing, and others
* Exposure to the UK and European markets
* Familiarity with PR, media engagement, or product launches
* Experience working in a startup or scale-up environment
