The role plans, scopes, and executes field surveys, manages geospatial data, and produces accurate deliverables that inform design, construction, asset management, and digital twins.
Responsibilities
* Plan, scope, and execute topographic, boundary, control, and as‑built surveys using GNSS, total stations, scanners, UAVs, and mobile mapping systems.
* Establish and maintain site control networks, datums, and coordinate systems; transform and validate data across projections and geoids.
* Perform construction setting‑out, verification, and dimensional control for civil and structural works.
* Process GNSS and total station observations; compute adjustments, error analysis, and QA checks to defined tolerances.
* Integrate geospatial datasets (survey, CAD, GIS, BIM, remote sensing) and produce drawings, models, and deliverables to project standards.
* Prepare survey methodologies, risk assessments, and work packs; select equipment and resources to meet scope, schedule, and budget.
* Manage data in common environments (CDE) and adhere to information management protocols, naming conventions, and version control.

Qualifications
* Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Geomatics, Surveying, Geospatial Engineering, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
* 3+ years of relevant surveying experience across field and office environments, including early‑career candidates.
* Proficiency with GNSS, total stations, digital levels, and survey data processing workflows.
* Working knowledge of coordinate systems, geodesy fundamentals, and least‑squares adjustments.
* Strong CAD and/or GIS capability for production of plans and spatial analysis.
