Industria Personnel are looking for dedicated individuals to join their clients team as Van Drivers/Operatives. This position offers a unique blend of responsibilities, ensuring no two days are the same.
This full-time permanent position promises a consistent schedule of 37.5 hours weekly Monday-Friday, operating from 6am to 2pm.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive company van to deliver products on time, adhering to delivery plans and maintaining high driving standards.
Load, unload, and inspect your vehicle daily, ensuring compliance with the driver handbook and centre procedures.
Monitor safe driving standards using telematics software and ensure vehicle maintenance through regular inspections.
Assist the Centre Supervisor with daily duties, including scan picking, cage movement, and maintaining hygiene standards.
Skills and Experience Required:
Strong geographical knowledge of your working area and a solid understanding of the Highway Code.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Ability to perform heavy lifting when required for loading/unloading safely.
Attention to detail, conscientiousness, and a flexible approach to tasks.
Ability to think on your feet and handle products with care to avoid damage.
Candidates must possess a valid driving licence minimum class B along with a minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role no further qualifications are required.
Demonstrate a track record of reliability and attention to detail. The ideal applicant will have good geographical knowledge, excellent time management skills, and the physical capability to handle goods with care. Training on company policies and procedures will be given.

This position is a permanent role offering a salary of £24,512 per annum
