Sales Account Manager
Salary:35k-55k
Location: Halesowen (primarily office-based with UK travel)
Type: Full-time
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Account Manager to join a growing and dynamic organisation within the engineering sector. This role offers a blend of office-based account management and field sales, providing the chance to build strong customer relationships while driving new business across the UK.
Working closely with senior leadership, you will play a key role in managing existing accounts, identifying new opportunities, and contributing to ambitious growth plans.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and develop existing customer relationships
* Handle enquiries, quotations, and order coordination
* Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
* Generate new business through calls, meetings, and networking
* Attend customer visits, trade shows, and industry events
* Maintain CRM records and support sales reporting
About You:
* Proven B2B sales or account management experience
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Organised, self-motivated, and target-driven
* Comfortable managing multiple accounts
* Full UK driving licence
* CRM and Microsoft 365 experience (HubSpot/Business Central beneficial)
