We’re recruiting for a compassionate Children’s Support Worker to join a dedicated team in Frodsham, supporting pupils aged 2–17 with autism, PMLD, SEMH, and complex needs. Small class sizes, strong staff support, and a warm, structured environment make this an ideal opportunity to gain classroom experience.
What you’ll do:
1. Support children 1:1 and in small groups across early years, primary, and secondary phases
2. Help pupils regulate, communicate, and engage through sensory and therapeutic approaches
3. Work closely with teachers and therapists to deliver consistent, child-centred care
