7. Based within a reasonable commuting distance of West London
Key Responsibilities
8. Acting as the sole receptionist and front-of-house representative
9. Opening the office and maintaining an impeccable reception area
10. Meeting and greeting VIP and HNW guests with professionalism and poise
11. Answering phones and managing general enquiries
12. Managing inboxes, stationery, and kitchen stock; placing and tracking orders
13. Liaising with building security regarding visitors and office access
14. Collecting and distributing post; arranging couriers
15. Booking taxis and supporting staff travel arrangements
16. Supporting the Office Manager and wider team with ad-hoc administrative tasks
17. Assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes (fobs, staff lists)
18. Supporting finance with invoice approvals
