What You Will Do
* Assist with the design, tracking, and implementation of tools used in manufacturing settings.
* Work with a cross‑functional team to provide support to the production shop floor.
* Investigate, incorporate, and close out changes to manufacturing procedures using customer tools.
* Provide hardware tracking and status updates.
* Utilize customer tools to route products through the shop floor from assembly to shipment.
* Assist in documenting standard practices.
* Communicate project status to customers and all levels of management.
* Collaborate with a team of engineers on new products to provide ME support from concept to test.
What You Will Bring
* Associate degree in a technical field with 3‑5 years of experience.
* Experience in the aerospace industry is strongly preferred.
* Proficiency with MS Office.
* Experience with Siemens NX or equivalent CAD (required).
* Training in shop floor/manufacturing safety (required).
* Experience with tool design (plus).
* Experience with GD&T (plus).
* Previous experience using SharePoint 2010 and SAP (plus).
* Ability to develop and present business correspondence (required).
* Experience working in ambiguous situations, acting when all information is not available (required).
* Strong communication skills; ability to work well in a team but also self‑directed (required).
Pay Range
$65 K to $78 K.
Work Requirements
* On‑site position located in York, NE.
* Must be able to commute with personal transportation and meet required working hours.
* Shop floor environment that may include extensive walking and lifting up to 40 lbs.
Travel and Citizenship
No travel required. U.S. citizenship required.
