Job Title: Contract Specialist

Responsibilities
* Act as the primary interface for high‑level customer engagements on contractual and commercial topics.
* Lead cross‑functional teams to ensure all aspects of contract delivery are understood, managed, and executed effectively.
* Ensure successful delivery of contractual commitments, meeting cost targets and driving contract profitability and revenue growth.
* Own the management of contractual obligations, risks, and compliance with governance frameworks.
* Support contract negotiations, renewals and change‑control processes, ensuring obligations are achievable and commercially sound.

* Must have lived in the UK for 10+ years to obtain DV clearance.

Additional Information
Location: Cheltenham – Hybrid working model: 3 days on site, 2 days remote. Working days: Monday–Friday, 37.5 hours weekly. The role is based in Cheltenham’s specialist security team that supports government partners and protects critical national infrastructure.
