As a Customer Care Assistant, you will be the face of your restaurant. Your main responsibilities include engaging with customers, ensuring the smooth operation of customer areas, making children feel welcome, organizing special events, addressing customers' specific needs, maintaining high standards of cleanliness in the dining area and toilets, and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. You will establish and maintain positive communication with customers and keep the manager informed about customer satisfaction.
