Learning & Development Consultant

📍 Leeds (Hybrid – approx. 2 days a week in the office + some travel)

We’re looking for an experienced Learning & Development Consultant to play a pivotal role in enhancing the learning experience across a large, multi-functional business.
This role will lead the design and delivery of a Career Pathways Strategy, working closely with senior stakeholders, people managers and subject matter experts to create clear, engaging progression routes that support performance, retention, talent development and succession planning.
Alongside this, you’ll support broader L&D initiatives including induction, onboarding and learning journeys, acting as a trusted expert and point of escalation for complex learning queries.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the end-to-end delivery of the Career Pathways programme, from design through to implementation
