Key Responsibilities of the Area Sales Manager Lead Management Respond promptly to inbound enquiries generated via marketing channels (Google Ads, website, referrals). Qualify leads efficiently and professionally to assess project viability. Carry out outbound B2B cold calling where required (developers, landlords, commercial clients). Client Meetings & Engagement Meet clients at their property or at the office to discuss project requirements. Understand client objectives, budgets, and timelines. Attend site visits to assess scope and support accurate pricing. Quoting & Sales Process Prepare and present project quotations (full training provided). Clearly explain scope of works, programmes, and payment structures. Follow up quotations and manage negotiations where appropriate. Close sales and secure signed contracts.
