Job Title: Student Counsellor
Grade SO1 (Actual Salary £31,0444 to £32,783)
Hours: 37 hours per week, term time only plus 20 days

Role:
This key role will focus on providing a high-quality counselling service to students experiencing a wide range of emotional difficulties.
You will also provide support, guidance and advice to parents, carers, agencies and other staff members within the school.
You will meet regularly with the Wellbeing Worker to discuss referrals and good practice, as well as working alongside the Director of SEND (Special Education Needs and Disabilities), Link staff and Arch staff, you will triage and provide care across the SEND/SEMH cohort, Arch cohort, and wider student body.
In this role, it is imperative that the safeguarding and promotion of welfare to students is significant. You will also act as a leader in Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) and Mental Health for students
