My client, a residential contractor is urgently seeking an experienced Project Manager to take full responsibility for a high-end residential project in South Kensington. It's a commercial conversion into residential apartments. Key Responsibilities: * You will have full responsibility for project delivery from pre-construction through to completion. This includes managing design coordination, procurement, programme and quality. * You will lead a team of Site Managers and report direclty into the company directors. * You will be responsible for producing and managing programmes and ensuring contractual and commercial compliance throughout the build.
