Job Description
Reporting to the Operations Delivery Lead, you will play a vital administrative role in ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day operational activities.
This includes managing documentation, tracking the progress of works, and liaising with internal teams to support compliance, reporting, and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities
1. Support the delivery of PPM and Reactive maintenance across the account
2. Act as a communication link between stakeholders, including WPSM, Helpdesk, KAN, ISS Helpdesk, and subcontractors
3. Assist managers with administrative tasks such as work order updates, contacting helpdesks, liaising with suppliers, and chasing documentation
4. Schedule all Planned and Reactive Maintenance tasks with KAN, suppliers, and site-based contacts
5. Liaise with engineers and RTMs to verify accurate task completion dates and ensure data integrity
6. Conduct compliance checks and support audits by gathering and reviewing documentation and system data
7. Monitor and respond to inbox queries promptly to ensure strong service delivery
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
8. Minimum Level 2 qualification in English and Maths or equivalent experience with relevant industry certifications
9. Strong Excel skills and confident working with various data sets and systems
10. High level of accuracy and attention to detail
11. Proven experience in quality, compliance, and administrative support roles
12. Strong numeracy, literacy, and written communication skills
13. Experience with Management Information Systems (MIS) and performance monitoring
14. Adaptable team player, able to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment
