Education and Qualifications
Essential criteria
1. NVQ Level 4 or experience in a relevant field.
2. SQL experience
3. Track record of continuous professional development
Desirable criteria
4. ITIL foundation or above
5. Training qualification
Knowledge and Experience
Essential criteria
6. Experience in supporting end-users with Digital Applications in a healthcare setting.
7. Experience of managing a busy workload with conflicting priorities
8. Demonstrable experience working within customer-focused teams and project work streams to achieve shared goals
9. Experience in the planning and delivery of IT training to small and large groups
Desirable criteria
10. Experience of Application Management including change management, system testing
