We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join our team.
This person will work as part of the management team overseeing a number of financial planners, ensuring team targets are achieved, and implementing development strategies in line with the overall business strategy.
The ideal candidate will work remotely and ideally be based in the North of England.
Key Accountabilities Include:
* Strategy: Achieve agreed business targets for the respective region, develop and monitor strategies to achieve set business targets and work with the Senior Management Team to build strategies that develop the group.
* Management: Positively demonstrate and drive company visions and values, ensure all planners in region are compliant with FCA regulations and compliant in their roles, and manage regional performance against set targets.
* T&C Responsibilities: manage and conduct induction programme for new planners and complete all supervisor 1-2-1s.
* Compliance: Adhere to FCA regulations, meet the requirements of SMCR and complete CPD ensuring knowledge is kept up to date.
* Acquisitions: Manage the integration of acquisitions into the team from an advisory perspective.
Person Specification
* 3+ years experience as a Sales Manager in Financial Services
* Level 4 qualification preferred, but not essential

* Proficient IT skills, basic spread sheet and database knowledge
