We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our medium sized nursing home in Harrow. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring patient conditions, and maintaining accurate medical records.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate families on treatment plans, health maintenance, and disease prevention.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
- Participate in continuous professional development and training activities.
Qualifications:
- Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
- Proven experience as a Registered Nurse within a Nursing Home.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
