Field Service Engineer – Hands-On Work, Team Environment, Full Training Included Location - St Helens / Warrington (UK wide coverage - regular nights away) Salary - £28,000 to £32,000 basic (DOE) Overtime You don’t need to be an expert in fire systems to join UK Dry Risers — but you do need to be ready to learn, ready to travel, and ready to work as part of a tight-knit team. Here at UK Dry Risers, we test, maintain and service fire safety systems in buildings all across the UK. You’ll be part of a two-person crew, heading out to different sites every week — inspecting and repairing dry riser systems in places like housing blocks, schools, hospitals, industrial premises, care homes and more. It’s hands-on, practical work with real responsibility — and we’ll teach you everything you need to know. You’ll be supported from day one with full training and ongoing development. All you need is a basic mechanical background, good work ethic, and a willingness to jump in and learn.
