Role: Production Operative Pay : starting at £12.21 per hour with great overtime rates. Temp to Perm position after 12 weeks Working hours : Rotational day shifts 6.00am-2.00pm and 2.00pm-10.00pm Location: Winsford, CW7 Production Operative Key Responsibilities: Operating automated and manual machinery, subject to appropriate training Ensure daily production targets are met, whilst maintaining high quality standards and machine efficiencies Provide general operational assistance Maintain labelling and identification system throughout the plant Produce and maintain all necessary documents Occasional heavy lifting will be required Working within a dusty and noisy environment Personal qualities: Strong attention to detail Team player Heath and safety awareness Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial however, all training will be provided.
