Our Commercial Team at Covea are looking to recruit Regional Development Managers with varying levels of experience and knowledge. No prior sales experience is needed, just a desire to learn and develop. Our amazing team of colleagues will provide you with the full support, knowledge and guidance you’ll need in this role!
Depending on your prior experience, some of the things you will be responsible for in this role are:
* Leadership of the growth of Commercial Business for a panel of broker relationships.
* Achieve the sales plan goals, targets, and action plans.
* Keeping up to date with relevant external developments and changes to identify new opportunities.
* Grow and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the business ensure personal credibility with key decision makers.
* To work closely with all functions to support the delivery of business plans for broker customers.
* Provide an exceptional service to customers at all levels that builds our reputations as a great company to work for.
* Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the competitors and brokers across the UK Commercial marketplace.
* Support the delivery of product launches and hospitality events.
