We are seeking a talented and dedicated Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and present high-quality dishes in accordance with our menu standards.
* Assist the Head Chef in menu planning and the development of new dishes.
* Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are maintained.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
* Monitor and manage stock levels, assisting with inventory as needed.
* Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role within a busy kitchen.
* Strong culinary skills and a creative flair for food presentation.
* Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure and as part of a team.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
