We are seeking to appoint a Senior Business Support Officer to join the Business Support Service, based within Family Hubs. This is an opportunity to contribute to the delivery of high‑quality administrative support and coordination services to children, families and partner organisations across the borough.
What will your day look like?
The role is responsible for providing professional, flexible and resilient business support across a range of functions. The successful candidate will support workflow coordination, ensure delivery of high‑quality customer service, and contribute to continuous service improvement.
Responsibilities include coordinating work allocation, supporting colleagues, handling escalations, and contributing to projects and process improvements.

Key Information
This post will be based within Family Hubs and will require travel across multiple locations within North East Lincolnshire to support service delivery.
This is a part‑time role working 18.5 hours per week as follows:
* Monday and Tuesday: 8:30 am – 4:30 pm (30‑minute unpaid break)
* Wednesday: 1:00 pm – 4:30 pm
Flexibility will be required to meet service needs.
Role forms part of the Central Business Support model. A full range of administrative duties may be required, alongside supporting service developments and improvements. A driving licence is desirable due to travel requirements.
