Responsibilities include:
* Create and maintain detailed project schedules, considering dependencies and resource requirements
* Identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks; resolve issues effectively
* Negotiate with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and resolve conflicts
* Apply expertise in DevOps, system integration, and data architecture to ensure high-quality delivery
What we are looking for:
* 7+ years experience leading large, complex IT system and business change projects
* Experience with large IT programs (5-7 years involvement)
* Expert knowledge of the software development lifecycle, including requirements, design, development, and testing
* Experience managing Agile and Waterfall projects using tools like Jira and Confluence
* Strong change management, communication, and training skills
* Commitment to continuous improvement and project governance

* Lead and manage project teams, resources, and stakeholders for successful delivery
* Develop resource plans and build relationships with key leaders
* Establish project governance, roles, and change management processes
* Manage project budgets, forecasts, and costs
