We are currently seeking a qualified individual for the Temporary Recruiting Coordinator position, joining our Nottingham, PA team.
Schedule and Hours
* SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday (flexible depending on business needs)
* HOURS: 8:00am-5:00pm (flexible depending on business needs)
Job Summary
Herr Foods is looking for a high-energy and creative recruitment coordinator to partner with our corporate team. The role involves leveraging innovative recruitment skills to fill open positions, working with our Human Resources Business Partner to drive full cycle recruiting with a focus on timeliness and candidate quality, especially on the front end. This is a temporary role, estimated duration of 12-15 weeks.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in human resources preferred.
* Minimum of one year of recruiting experience required.
* Experience and ability to implement innovative recruiting methods.
* Effective communication skills (verbal, written, interpersonal).
* Passion for recruiting.
* Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are a plus.
* Applicant Tracking System (ATS) experience is a plus.
* Proficiency in English; Spanish is a plus.
* All offers contingent upon passing a drug test. Herr Foods has a Random Drug Testing program.

Key Responsibilities

* Use recruitment tools and networking to source talent creatively and effectively.
* Post jobs on internal and external job boards.
* Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job specifications.
* Review, assess, and provide feedback on candidates.
* Conduct interviews via phone, video, or in-person.
* Provide complete and motivating information about the company and role to candidates.
* Maintain and update the applicant tracking database (Pinpoint).
* Identify challenging vacancies and develop strategies to fill them.
Additional Expectations
No supervisory responsibilities. The employee should demonstrate honesty, integrity, professionalism, and a positive attitude, maintaining confidentiality and respecting the work environment. Punctuality and reliability are essential. The role may include other duties and projects as assigned.
