Iconic Resourcing are delighted to be supporting a high growth consumer brand with the appointment of a Growth Marketing Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business with real purpose, playing a key role in attracting new customers and driving wider brand impact.
If you're commercially minded, data-driven, and bursting with ideas, this role will give you the opportunity to shape and deliver campaigns that make a real difference.
You'll be responsible for developing and delivering strategies that increase brand awareness, acquire new customers, and optimise the customer journey across a variety of channels. This is a collaborative role where you'll work closely with different teams to ensure campaigns deliver measurable results while supporting the brand's mission.
Key Responsibilities
* Create and deliver acquisition strategies across a blend of digital and traditional channels.
* Identify and target new customer groups through innovative campaigns.
* Manage campaigns from planning to delivery, ensuring they meet performance goals.
* Use insights and data to continuously refine and optimise activity.
* Collaborate with colleagues across marketing, product, and other functions to ensure alignment.
* Monitor trends and competitor activity, keeping campaigns fresh and relevant.
We're looking for someone with:
* Experience in growth and acquisition marketing, ideally in e-commerce, FMCG, or consumer-focused industries.
* Strong analytical skills, with experience in tools such as Google Analytics and CRM systems.
* A solid understanding of both digital and traditional marketing channels.
* Proven ability to manage campaigns end-to-end with a focus on ROI.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
* A creative mindset and genuine interest in consumer behaviour and brand growth.
