The Microsoft AI market is moving fast.
But for many customers, the challenge is no longer just access to AI tools.
It's knowing where to start, how to adopt them properly, and how to turn interest into meaningful business change.
That's why we're looking for a senior AI Transformation professional to help shape and deliver a new AI-focused offering within a growing Microsoft Partner.
This is a key hire to lead customer AI conversations, helping customers to understand the opportunity, guiding them through readiness and enablement, and building structured programmes that lead to real adoption across Copilot, Copilot Studio and Agents.
The opportunity
You'll work with organisations who are interested in AI, but may be at very different stages of maturity. Some will already be exploring agents and Copilot use cases.
Others will know there is value to unlock, but need support understanding how AI fits into their business, where the opportunities are, and how to approach adoption in a structured way.
Your role will be to help create and deliver that first layer of engagement.
From there, the wider opportunity is significant. The work you lead may unlock further projects across Power Platform, Power Apps, Dynamics 365, Copilot Studio and AI agent delivery.
What you'll be doing
You'll play a central role in shaping a customer-facing AI transformation offering, including:
* Designing and refining AI change, adoption and enablement programmes
* Leading client discovery sessions, workshops and early-stage AI conversations
* Helping customers assess readiness, priorities and practical use cases
* Building structured roadmaps, recommendations and engagement plans
* Delivering transformation, change and adoption programmes end-to-end
* Supporting clients through rollout, stakeholder engagement, enablement and value realisation
* Helping create a clear handover into internal sales and technical delivery teams
* Acting as a trusted advisor to customers as they move from AI interest to practical action
What we're looking for
This role will suit someone who combines senior consulting capability with strong transformation, change, adoption and enablement experience.
You won't be the person building low-level technical solutions, but you should be comfortable operating close enough to the Microsoft AI and Business Applications landscape to identify opportunities, shape conversations and connect business need to future technical delivery.
You'll likely bring experience in areas such as:
* Change management
* Adoption and enablement
* AI transformation
* Digital transformation
* Technology consulting
* Microsoft 365 / Copilot adoption
* Client-facing programme design and delivery
What good looks like
The right person will be able to:
* Build programmes, not just deliver someone else's
* Work confidently with customers at different stages of AI maturity
* Lead conversations around readiness, adoption and value creation
* Bring structure to ambiguous client needs
* Design and execute enablement programmes that actually land
* Identify potential opportunities for Copilot, Copilot Studio, Agents, Power Platform or broader AI services
* Work credibly with both customer stakeholders and internal delivery teams
Background we'd love to see
We'd be especially interested in people who have experience in one or more of the following:
* Microsoft Partner environments
* Microsoft 365, Copilot or Copilot Studio-led programmes
* AI change, adoption or transformation consulting
* Power Platform or Dynamics 365 transformation projects
* Building or shaping new service offerings
* Senior customer-facing consulting roles where transformation, enablement and advisory all come together
