We are looking for talented PR and communications professionals to join our team across multiple levels — from Account Manager through to Account Director.
These are specialist roles for practitioners who understand the complexity of financial markets and the communications challenges that come with them. We work with clientsoperatingacross institutional finance, capital markets, sustainable finance, and climate transition — and we need people who canoperatecredibly in those spaces.
We are seeking candidates with knowledge orexpertiseinone or bothof the following areas. The depth of experience we expect will vary by level - what matters is that you have genuine exposure to these themes and the ability to apply that knowledge in a communications context.
* Capital Markets & Institutional FinanceThis could range from a working knowledge of financial instruments, market structures, and investment workflows, through to deepexpertiseadvising clients across the full institutional value chain — from exchanges and brokers to asset managers, regulators, and post-trade infrastructure.
* Sustainable Finance & Climate TransitionThis could range from a foundational understanding of ESG, carbon markets, and key regulatory frameworks such as SFDR, TCFD, or EU Taxonomy, through to provenexpertisecounselling clients on climate transition communications, ESG integration, and navigating the evolving expectations of institutional investors and regulators.
The Roles
We are recruiting across three levels:
* Account ManagerA day-to-day client lead with solid knowledge of financial services and the ability to manage integrated campaigns, coordinate teams, and build strong media relationships.
* Senior Account ManagerA trusted client advisor with a strong grounding in capital markets or sustainable finance, capable of leading accounts, mentoring junior colleagues, and driving organic growth.
* Account DirectorA senior communications leader responsible for a portfolio of key accounts, providing strategic counsel at C-suite level, leading account teams, and contributing to business development.
What We're Looking For
Across all levels, we are looking for professionals who bring:
* A proventrack recordin communications within financial services,investmentorsustainability sectors, within an agencyor in-house oradjacentsetting
* The ability to understand complex financial or regulatory subject matter and translate it into strategic, high-quality communications
* Strong client relationship management skills, with the confidence toadviseand counsel at a senior levelappropriate toyour experience
* Established media contacts within the financialandsustainabilityspace
* Commercial awareness, sound judgement, and a consistent record of delivering results for clients
