We’re looking for dedicated Waking Night Support Workers to provide overnight care to a baby with complex health needs in their family home. Join one of the UK’s leading providers of complex care and make a genuine impact one night at a time.
About the Role
In this deeply rewarding position, you'll be supporting a young baby with specialist health needs while they sleep. You’ll remain awake and alert throughout the shift, ready to provide care, reassurance, and safety through the night.

When You’ll Work
* Waking Night Shifts
o SundayFriday: 9:00pm8:30am
o Saturday: 9:00pm7:30am
* Choose from part-time or full-time hours with regular rolling rotas
What You’ll Be Doing
* Providing overnight support in the client’s family home
* Monitoring and attending to the child’s clinical care needs
* Ensuring a calm, safe, and nurturing night-time environment
* Working closely with the family and care team
* Full training and shadow shifts providedno previous clinical experience required!
