The Opportunity
Are you ready to be a catalyst for change in a tech-enabled legal environment? As an IT Trainer at Lawfront, you’ll empower our teams with the digital skills they need to thrive, foster innovation, and support the adoption of cutting-edge tools across our firms.
What you will be doing
Deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and webinars tailored for legal professionals
• Create compelling learning materials—user guides, e-learning modules, quick-reference content
• Continuously improve training based on feedback and performance insights
• Provide hands-on IT support and troubleshooting guidance
• Partner with HR and IT to develop bespoke training strategies
• Champion new technologies and promote a digital-first culture
• Support firmwide projects by documenting and testing new systems and tool
What you will bring
Proven experience delivering IT training (legal or professional services background preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and legal platforms like ShareDo, NetDocs, and iManage
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (travel between offices required)
• Excellent communication skills—you energise and inspire learners
• A proactive, solution-focused mindset
• Experience creating webinars and digital learning content
• Familiarity with instructional design and e-learning authoring tools
• Flexibility to adapt training for different learning style
