CNC MILLER
Location: Aberdeenshire
Salary: Competitive, Dependent on Experience
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: 39 hours per week (Monday–Friday) + Overtime Opportunities

With a long-standing reputation for excellence and a forward-thinking approach, our client operates across a wide range of industries including Marine, ROV, Oceanographic, Waste Management, Aerospace, and Motorsport.
As they continue to grow, they are looking for a skilled and motivated CNC Miller to join their talented team and contribute to the ongoing success of their busy workshop.
Key Responsibilities
* Programming, setting, and operating CNC milling machines using Heidenhain controls
* Interpreting and working from detailed engineering drawings
* Producing precision-machined components to exacting standards
* Ensuring high levels of quality, accuracy, and attention to detail in all work
* Following health and safety protocols and maintaining a clean, organised work area
* Collaborating effectively with other team members and contributing to a positive workshop culture
Required Skills & Experience
* Proficient in programming and operating CNC mills with Heidenhain controllers
* Ability to read, understand, and work from complex engineering drawings
* Strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Effective time management and the ability to prioritise tasks
Desirable (But Not Essential)
* Experience working in a subcontract machining environment
* Background in producing components for specialist sectors such as aerospace, motorsport, or oceanographic engineering
