Are you highly organised with a passion for precision and customer service? Join as a Workshop & Warranty Administrator and play a key role in keeping workshop operations running smoothly while ensuring warranty claims are processed accurately and efficiently.

What You’ll Do


* Coordinate service bookings and manage workshop schedules
* Maintain accurate records of vehicle bookings, job progress, and customer updates
* Support warranty claim processing and liaise with internal teams and suppliers
* Track and report on KPIs and recurring issues to support continuous improvement
* Ensure compliance with company procedures and quality standards


What You’ll Need:

* Strong administrative and organisational skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
* Excellent communication and customer service abilities
* Experience in a customer-facing or workshop environment (desirable)
* A proactive, detail-oriented approach and the ability to multitask
