Ireland Job Area: Belfast Closing Date: 27th February 2026 About This Role We are seeking a full-time (40hrs) Health & Wellbeing Lead to join our team. About the Role Working alongside the people supported, regional leads and local teams, your role will be to support people's awareness of their own health and wellbeing and developing opportunities for increased connections for the people we support to improve their quality of life. This will include: Developing opportunities for increased movement. Planning and delivering fun and engaging group activities for people supported. Opportunities to build social connections. Working directly with people on a 1:1 basis Work Time Hours split over Monday to Friday. Occasional Saturday hours. (Flexibility will be required to meet the needs of the Organisation. We are open to considering flexibility in working hours for the successful candidate, where operational requirements allow). Essential Criteria ? GCSE English and Maths at grade C or above, or equivalent. ? Relevant knowledge and a keen interest in Autism, diet and nutrition and health and wellbeing. ? Experience within community groups and leading small groups. ? Ability to demonstrate good planning and organisation/co-ordination skills. ? Work using your own initiative and work well in a team. ? Good IT skills and use of Microsoft Office. ? Confident communication skills, as you will be required to listen and understand the perspective of others and will be required to train staff and cascade key messages. ? Flexibility in working hours - you will be expected to work some evenings and weekends to suit the needs of the people we support. ? Full UK driving licence to be held for at least one year, with access to a vehicle, business insurance and willing to travel. Please note this post is subject to an enhanced check by Access NI.
