Job Description
As a Repairs Supervisor, you will oversee day‑to‑day activities in the contract area, ensuring work progresses according to plans, schedules and safety standards. You will manage a team of 10+ PAYE operatives covering reactive maintenance repairs, motivating the team to achieve high efficiency, quality and safety.
* Assisting with Health and Safety standards and practices
* Overseeing complex works and projects through site visits and correspondence with client counterparts
* Supporting schedulers to coordinate large projects
* Providing quotes to clients utilising the Schedule of Rates
* Liaising with residents
* Attending client meetings to provide regular updates on works
* Conducting post‑inspections
* Working alongside planners to prioritise jobs
Qualifications
* Strong IT knowledge
* Asbestos awareness certificate
* In‑date DBS check
* Experience dealing with multi‑trade operatives and sub‑contractors
* Experience within the housing sector preferred
* Valid driving license
