We are hiring for one of our prime clients in the quick-service restaurant sector for a full-time District Manager to oversee multiple restaurant locations across Sussex and nearby regions.
About the Role
The District Manager is responsible for leading operational performance across multiple sites, supporting General Managers, and ensuring consistent delivery of customer experience, compliance, and financial results. This is an on-site role with regular regional travel.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and support General Managers to deliver strong operational and commercial results
* Oversee district performance across sales, labour, compliance, and customer experience
* Coach and develop leadership teams through structured feedback and succession planning
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and employment regulations
* Build collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams
What You’ll Bring
* Proven experience leading multi-site operations in QSR, hospitality, or retail
* Strong people leadership and performance management skills
* Commercial experience managing P&Ls and operational KPIs
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
