We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Joint Safeguarding Business Manager to lead and drive the work of the Dudley Safeguarding People Partnership. This is a pivotal role at the heart of multi-agency collaboration, where you will: Champion safeguarding across Dudley, ensuring compliance with legislation and statutory guidance. Lead strategic development and operational delivery of partnership priorities to reduce abuse, neglect, and exploitation. Manage and coordinate the Safeguarding Partnership Business Unit, overseeing governance, quality assurance, and workforce development. Represent Dudley regionally and nationally, influencing best practice and driving continuous improvement. You will be responsible for shaping safeguarding strategies, managing statutory reviews, preparing for inspections, and ensuring robust quality assurance frameworks. This role demands strong leadership, excellent partnership skills, and the ability to deliver results in a complex, high-profile environment.
