A new interim opportunity has become available with a Local Authority that is looking to take on a Registered Manager to help manage one if children's home. The home is an established home that has space for 4 occupants, 2 of which are already in placement.
Here are the details:
You will be managing a long term Residential Home for up to 4 children, with 2 currently in placement. 🏠
The home is already staffed with an established team so you wont have to worry about recruiting more people and can focus on managing the home 👥
The home services mainstream children aged between 10-17 in the Chester region. 👧🧑
As the home is owned by the Local Authority you will gain statutory experience improving future employability prospects. 💼
Pay rates are very competitive for the region 💷

This is an excellent opportunity to work for a Local Authority and develop statutory experience and therefore improve employability prospects for the future. Although this is an interim appointment, you will have access to training and development usually reserved for permanent members of the team.
You will be joining an established team so you wont have to worry about hiring more staff into the team and can focus on managing the home. Furthermore the home is currently at 50% capacity with 2 placements so this can help ease you into the role as it wont be as busy compared to when at full capacity.
