This role is perfect for someone with 1-2 years' experience in AP and AR, looking to grow their career in a supportive environment
* Salary: £30,000 to £32,000 per year
* Hybrid working: 3 days in-office, 2 days from home
* Location: London
What to expect:
* Processing purchase invoices.
* Managing monthly payment runs, including BACS, CHAPS, Euro, and other currencies.
* Posting monthly bank journals and performing reconciliations across multiple currencies.
* Preparing and issuing sales invoices, both external and intercompany, in a timely manner.
* Posting and reconciling intercompany accounts on a monthly basis.
* Maintaining daily purchase ledger reconciliation sheets for group entities.
* Assisting with quarterly VAT return preparation.
* Supporting the Group's year-end close and audit processes.
* Investigating and resolving both internal and external finance-related queries.
* Providing ad hoc support to the wider finance team as required.
What skills/attributes will you bring?
* Studying AAT OR early stage ACCA or CIMA.
* Able to work effectively within a team.
* Good communication skills both written and oral.
* Strong organisational skills with ability to multi-task and prioritise.
* Able to work under pressure and deliver to agreed deadlines with attention to detail.
* Excellent working knowledge of Excel.
