Job Title: Shift Manager - Data Centre
Location: Slough
Salary: £63,000 per annum
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled and qualified Shift Manager to join our dynamic team at a state-of-the-art data centre in Slough. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing operations within the data centre, ensuring its continuous and optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and lead a team of professionals in a critical environment, ensuring seamless operations and adherence to high standards.
* Manage the data centre on a continental shift pattern, providing round-the-clock support.
* Oversee the implementation of security measures and emergency response protocols.
* Collaborate with various teams to address technical issues and ensure efficient resolution.
* Contribute to the development and execution of maintenance plans and schedules.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the data centre.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Fully qualified in relevant technical disciplines.
* Proven supervisory experience, ideally within a critical environment such as a data centre.
* Strong knowledge of data centre operations, systems, and protocols.
